Are there any hidden charges?
No. With Maxwell Cell, what you see is what you get. We do not add Vat taxes, roaming charges and, connection fees.Our order form is our contract.

When should I order?
You should order as soon as you know your travel dates. With Maxwel Cell, if you need to change or cancel your trip there are no charges if cancelled prior to shipment of the phone.

Is there a deposit required?
At the time of your reservation, a credit card authorization of $300.00 ($250.00 for rentals with in the USA) is required. This is our way of checking credit. This is an authorization only and will roll off in 4 to 7 days. If you use a debit card, your bank may hold the authorization open indefinitely.

What is your Billing Process?
Shipping fees (FEDEX/DHL) will be charged when your phone is shipped to you. If your charges total more than $300 before the end of your contract, your card will be charged and a second authorization will be obtained.

When do my charges start?
With Maxwell’s service, phone rental and air time charges start when you receive your phone and end on your return date.

What if the phone is lost or stolen?
If the phone is lost or stolen, your charges stop when you notify us and, if you have opted for the insurance you will only pay a low deductible for the equipment. You are responsible for all phone calls up to the date and time of notification to Maxwell

With Maxwell Cell you only pay for what is used.
